Preschool Martial Arts
Discipline, focus, and respect through play-based Taekwon-Do. Boundaries that help preschoolers thrive.
It's the first thing you see when you walk through our doors. Mint Hill's home for ITF Taekwon-Do and gymnastics — where Achievement, Confidence, Discipline, and Focus become muscle memory.
Discipline, focus, and respect through play-based Taekwon-Do. Boundaries that help preschoolers thrive.
Age-appropriate Taekwon-Do for ages 5–7 — listening skills, coordination, and the foundations of martial arts.
Higher success in school, focus, goal-setting, and drive. Martial arts as a tool to raise leaders.
Structured class designed and taught just for teens — an outlet for big energy with focus and discipline.
Lose weight, build muscle, learn self-defense, or just have a blast. Like a second family on the mat.
Way more than physical skills. Listening, taking turns, and life lessons through tumbling and play.
Superstar moves plus the mental and emotional skill sets to conquer challenges in everyday life.
Everyone starts here. Two private lessons let us meet you, learn your goals, and design the right path.
"We ARE a Black Belt School. This wording is one of the first things you see when you walk through our doors. Our primary objective is getting students to their Black Belts — because the physical elements become muscle memory, and the mental components become habits."
A Black Belt isn't just a cloth you wear around your waist; it is a core part of the very person you become. Over four to five years, our staff, instructors and master instructors are dedicated to seeing you through to your Black Belt graduation.
— Master Jeremy Kempka, Owner & Master Instructor
Most martial arts programs only teach self-defense. We're a certified Black Belt School — which means short, middle, and long-term goals built into every step of training.
A new color belt every quarter. Quarterly milestones turn ambition into momentum — and momentum into habits.
Once a year, students step onto the competition mat. They learn to handle pressure, overcome loss, and rise to the moment.
Eighteen monthly character themes. Eight character development activities. Four years of consistent coaching with the same instructors who know your name.
"When children participate in traditional sports, not all kids get the same attention. Each season brings a new coach learning their athletes' skills to help the team win — not necessarily to cultivate the athlete's personal improvement. Here, you're enrolling for the consistency of the same coaches who, over four years, will make you and your child the priority."
— Master Jeremy KempkaMost activities are a cost. A Black Belt program is an investment.
